Welcome
The Southwest Ohio Regional Training Center (SWORTC) is hosted by Hamilton County Department of Job and Family Services in Cincinnati, OH.  The SWORTC is located at 420 Wards Corner Road in Loveland, OH, just north east of Cincinnati.  Part of the Ohio Child Welfare Training Program, the SWORTC is committed to high quality, culturally-responsive, family-centered, job-related training for child welfare staff of the eight counties in the region.

The SWORTC proudly serves child welfare staff in the counties of Adams, Brown,  Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, Highland and Warren.

In cooperation with the Ohio Department Job and Family Services, the Public Children Services Association of Ohio, and the Institute for Human Services, the staff of the SWORTC has provided competency-based training since 1986.
