Ohio Child Welfare Training Program
Building a strong foundation to protect Ohio's children and preserve Ohio's families.
The Ohio Child Welfare Training Program (OCWTP) is a competency-based inservice training system organized by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS).
The OCWTP is comprised of eight Regional Training Centers (RTCs) which provide training to caseworkers; supervisors; administrators; and foster, adoptive, and kinship caregivers in the counties each RTC serves.
