Welcome to SEORTC's online registration

  • Remember to always follow your agency's protocol when registering to attend workshops at SEORTC.
  • After filling out the below form, you will receive a confirmation of the form's information that you submitted.  This is not a confirmation to attend the workshop.  You will still receive the confirmation to attend the workshop through the mail, approximately 10 days to 2 weeks prior to the scheduled workshop.  Please include a full mailing address with the workshops you desire to attend for delivery of the confirmation letter.  This confirmation letter should be brought to the workshop for registration purposes.
  • Include extension numbers with phone numbers when appropriate.

  • If you would like to be contacted in the event of an emergency workshop cancellation, please leave a cell phone number with your registration.  This emergency contact number is immensely helpful to the training center staff in the unlikely event of an emergency workshop cancellation.
