**Because we are an In-Service Training Program,  we are mandated by law to serve Ohio Public Children Services staff of public children service agencies first.  All others will be admitted on a space available basis, unless the training is Adoption Assessor or Pre-Service for Adoptive Parents and Post-Adoption training, which is equally open to public and private agencies.
